Summary: Very shortly before our trip we were told that the 4 bed apartment with 3 baths was actually a 3 bed with 2 baths (an extra room and bathroom were separate but our host decided to rent them to someone else even though she confirmed the 4 bed status to us) when I complained I was told I could cancel if I liked! We already had booked flights do cancelling was not an option and we decided to make the best of it! The listing had other issues too… there was no BBQ only a foreman type grill in the kitchen… the pool was not available on Saturday afternoon or on Sunday all day and the outdoor seating area was closed every night at 7pm. We felt ripped off and to add insult to injury were told that if we fix use the pool (when it was actually open) we had to wear swimming caps!!The host however seemed to try and make it up to us and was helpful with transfers and recommendations for eating out etc.
